WE begin the exercise with today's lack of success in creating equality for our children of the universe who have a right to be here. We imagine a statistical village of 100 citizens to create the demographics that we can all relate to _ family. http://www.familycare.org/news/if_the_world.htm

We have scripted this as a successful exercise to give us the feel of a job well done by a few billion of us getting together in our name as a commonality.

GAIA 2010 the dawning of the age of Aquarius

We can imagine ourselves on Dec 21, 2012 celebrating a new year _ a new precession of 26,000 revolutions around the sun, while we reminisce over the last few thousand years culminating in a MEME harvest enabling humanity to live within the solar budget.

2010: The planet of the land of the unborn(the meek) has been returned to it's rightful stewards. After a period of electronic advise and consent, to study the alternatives, in essence voted to empower their progeny with a Premise as a Covenant From EVERY CITIZEN to EVERY OTHER CITIZEN.

As stewards of democracy, we too can have a covenant with one another _ Bill Moyers ( Last Line) is a beginning.

When all on Earth discovered in a consciousness up-tick, that they can bring up their families with much less consumption, the paradigm shift began. Family being the most important thing, it was only a short stroke to give this chance to their progeny without further ado.

Humanity discovered their common destiny along with reverse role fairness, after millennia of obfuscation by distracting influences. We are all One , One and the Same, all one name became the return to the original hard wired cosmic reality practiced as a teaching mosaic by our Indigenous brethren.

The planet was renamed GAIA by it's citizens in advance by the proxy vote of humanity, who live in harmony with each other, operating the planet as a global municipality in virtual reality _ HOME RULE literally.

Their global village anthem "This Land is your land, This land is my land, This land is made for you and me" became the mantra for change and the verbal vote as a MEME. It triumphed over the "bombs in air" "land of our ancestors" "greed is great" type diversions by becoming the second third fourth etc. anthems of almost every country on Earth.

Extortion for life support by a parasitic class has been overcome with some simple clone of Earth back to the future kisstech. The Universal citizens now produce their own food which was the key to eliminating ruthless cartel dominion over the planet _ eliminating cash crop agriculture along with the meat diet freed up major portions of the planet for the "equal opportunity for all" which they voted for. The potato, Termite fungus, Jerusalem Artichoke, Honey from bees were resurrected for an almost infinite run, feeding millions at home,

Trading grain irrigated with abundant water for Middle East oil in essence had been burning food for transportation long before agi-fuel _ living large amounted to triage by arbitrage of the money changers of biblical fame.

Two thirds of the grain crop was traditionally fed to the meat and dairy cattle and cereals, bread and beer took much of the rest of the crops. Sprouting the grains directly gave a millennial boost to the food supply especially when we consider the processing, middle men, transportation etc. of the food itself and then transporting humanity twice a day to earn the currencies to buy it, tied to the five cities needed for all this, the enslavement of humanity was now in focus.

Approaching two billion or so self sufficient households in small support group villages provisioning themselves with appropriate technology did the trick _ clone of Earth technology. They live, work and provide their nutrition on the same acre or so of ground they live on ala Waltons, shrinking mankind's footprint from nearly fifty acres per family to one acre eliminating the five city system in the overdeveloped first world. Provisions, figured up front, for up to ten billion people provisioning themselves with the highest standard of living ever, on what amounts to less land then the lower forty eight United States. The treadmill units saved by infrastructure consolidation facilitated this progeny empowerment statement.

There is no outside supply side entity per say only sharing- bartering with their fellow villagers(support group) and within their bioregion. The Community Currencies, the Redistribution of TIME based on the nutritional calorie, local employment and trading systems are full employment economies of scale. The Waltons and Little House on the prairie in the Solar Hydrogen Economy _with Mike Mulligans Space Shuttle in the basement enabled the Redistribution of TIME, Humanity's Cosmic Commons.

The Global Human Energy Policy for the Second Super Power came of age. The need, climate change, currency collapse, agriculture manipulation etc., required some advance intervention. 20/20 foresight where 20% of the overdeveloped first world finally allows the remaining 80% of humanity to share the planet, while all realize an enhanced Universal Standard of Living, enabling 100% of our collective progeny to realize Full Empowerment, while taking up less footprint percentage wise than today's opulence _ all the people on Earth supported with a universal standard of living on less resources than we consume today all within the solar budget _ all considering our progeny many generations hence due to established calorie based value constants.

The human footprint is the resource use as well as the land used to provide life support for each citizen. A Universal Footprint shares the planet rather than vending it. A universal currency frees mankind from the tyranny of slavery _ the redistribution of TIME takes mankind's inheritance out of probate.

Not having to be near developed services (especially water, sewerage or septic perks and facilities) reduced the value of land as booty and made almost any land livable. The taxes-profit saving from not having to replace, install or maintain the five part infrastructure, land fills, skyfills, purification works, and the piping and chlorine was redirected.

The treadmill time of the planet's citizens, went to retrofit the existing structure stock to solar Hydrogen town gas and the "built into the planet" permanent biosphere program to house and feed all on Earth.. The shoes of the fisherman exercise finally materialized.

There is no competition for life support, they provide it themselves in a guaranteed situation that can't be taken away and requires no money (trade beads) per say to maintain it _ taxes, outside infrastructure or parasites. The Virtual reality controlled government is manned by a year of probono service for all and devoted to these aims.

By having the ability to nourish body, mind and soul without the output of energy wasted on the usury treadmill, transcendence is possible. Freedom is nothing left to loose. True citizen Emancipation is the product of this synergy.

This may sound like some utopian nonsense at first glance but when you strip the 'can't profit if we don't sell em anything reactionary negativity' these truths are self-evident.

If you want to be taken seriously, when talking about development, by the increasingly aware population of the planet, you need to start with simple logic: If our so called civilized society occupies up to 25 acres per person in the US, much in other countries used for export, and five cities occupied for part of a day or season per group for their opulence and all the arable land on Earth is being used or already ruined and two thirds of the people on earth (two thirds undeveloped world) have nothing at this point, how can we share our standard of living on an equal footing with the rest of the Earth's population? It would take about five or six more planets at the current population with our captive consumer supply side provisioning system. We have been led to the state of the world by our failed organizations, governments and even our religions. It is about time that WE THE PEOPLE take the responsibility to make nice.

We have the communication facilities for the first time in the planet's history. Let us start with a brief rundown on the base of the problem. We have a series of catch 22s set up by illustrious wise guys who have organized the systems for life support to enrich the minority of the population.

We have at the lead a series of religions never connected. The down side is that they have been infiltrated by these so called wise guys. The result is five thousand dividians calling each other heathen over differences created by these infiltrator zealots. This has split the ability of the citizens to cooperate with each other in solving the problems that have been in essence created by this mess.

We have created Corporations and given them limited liability and person hood even over national borders. This has given the core investor group a bulldozer blade to romp over the needs of humanity with impunity.

Central Currency systems create the usury track to the wealth of a few.

The simple way to free ourselves is to create a covenant from every citizen to every other citizen.

In this covenant we need to graduate from give us our daily bread and forgive us our trespass as we forgive those who trespass against us to a system to disassemble the catch 22s in that statement.

The Corporatist trade treaties have put the resources for the planet into the hands of an extreme minority leaving our progeny with little chance of ever securing a universal standard of living even though they have a right to be here just like the trees and the stars.

The trees are in danger but the stars are the work of the creator. Why has the Earth become the property of a few corporations and if you can't pay taxes you loose your so called property-land.

The Privatization of the commons is one of the tragedies we have to reverse. The First World Indigenous have the solution. The planet belongs to the unfinished work of the creator _ our progeny. Leasing it back as stewards not owners as a birth right solves a multitude of catch 22s. We as collective consciousness can vote on it.

Land is the main excuse for war because of the resources on the land. Corporations or individuals owning the resources is a licence to steal. Peace at last!!! Venezuela is taking the lead.

The ownership of the means of production has put us on a collision course with the cosmos. Destroying the spaceship is no way to enjoy our cruse. Creating the proper standard of living has been a challenge but it can be done.

The way we group ourselves in villages, the energy and infrastructure is no brainer if we just decide citizen to citizen we are going to share rather than hold each other up at gun point between corporate borders.

Every thousand years or so groups of people come together to exercise change. Four thousand years ago such exercise was launched. The idea was to create a way of mankind recording their sixty six thousand miles an hour journey thorough space. The texts record progress and folly on the transcendence from what is to what ought. The religions formed around some of these ideas have formed bureaucracies and managed to keep various versions of what ought at bay for the last four thousand years. If religions are to be relevant in creating commonality, the citizens need to take charge and guide their bureaucracies to form a common bond between the children of the universe who all have a right to be here.

Solar Budget = Albedo .39

Contrary to some popular beliefs, the Planet operates on the energy from the sun _ 127.7 Watts 300 Btu Per Square Foot which is the solar constant. This energy is fixed at the rate at which sunlight is reflected away from the planet. This reflection is called Albedo and the Albedo of Gaia is 0.39. This means that the planet is designed to operate efficiently with sixty one percent of the available sunlight and reflects 39 % (.39) back out to space. This delicate balance is regulated and affected by what is floating around in the atmosphere such as clouds, but is also affected by natural causes and released CO2 from fossil fuel combustion etc..

In our waning window of opportunity we need systems that can be assembled from already researched parts that can be put together with sweat equity requiring little outside finance, fits the solar budget requirements, doesn't become a tecnofix enabling business as usual _ can be the change point for a smooth transition from what is to what ought.

We need to fill the needs of the vast majority of the planet's population which earns barely enough for subsistence or from paycheck to paycheck _ work for food literally. Gandhi began it this way: Recall the face of the poorest and the weakest man (and woman) whom you have seen and ask yourself if the step you contemplate is going to be of any use to him (and her) then we need to expand this and ask will it in turn help bring full empowerment to the collective future progeny?

Many will ask why we haven't realized the MEMEs that have been threaded in the loom of life. We have been working these exercises for millennia and as weavers or artists we have attempted to design a tapestry that can be woven by humanity for the sake of humanity. It ranges from consciousness to the nuts and bolts.

Those of us who are already aware need to help bring up consciousness to the commonality level. Religion, Latin for rejoining, has skipped over the teachings of the prophets and the spirituality part favoring the governmental part _ crowd control. The exercise here is to think of spirituality as the realization of the commonality of MIND beginning with neighbor trusting neighbor by thinking of fairness first. In our back to the future age of Aquarius technologies we have the solar hydrogen Economy providing water and power in one delivery pipe. Many places on Earth use wood for cooking and heat nuding the land affecting water retention and causing erosion. Others have no water per say. Centralized Electricity fired by fossil fuel, two thirds of the energy lost up the stack, more lost in transmission, Ten Percent buffer for surge protection, which averages out to less than twenty percent fuel efficiency at the end user site before use_ fossil fuel to electricity back to heat with all the losses and inefficiencies?

Solar Hydrogen uses the sun, converts to electricity, to Hydrogen. The cogen gives the sun more efficiency than the fossil fuel in conventional power plant and it is free. It is collected with facilities way less capital intensive than any fossil fuel power or nuclear plants. The tens of thousands of square miles destroyed by fossil fuel leases and coal mining is a moot point when the land use is concerned.

With the modular strategies using Concentrator solar collectors the heat can be used directly rather than conversion for many uses. If the Solar Concentrator electricity is converted to Hydrogen the hydrogen can be used directly as heat rather requiring very little electricity re-conversions and the original conversion medium is free energy from the sun. Hydrogen in the existing natural gas grid as H85 is less fragile than electric transmission lines in extreme weather.

When we incorporate sewer gas, dump gas, mine gas, other natural gas and methane producing sources we have the beginnings of a back to town gas that is still being used in Europe. We can add the Solar Hydrogen as we gear up the production and use all the compatible gases which would pollute without benefit if left to vent to the atmosphere. http://raenergy.igc.org/stupid.html#Town

That sinister flack attack where the Starbucks Coffee costs almost three dollars a cup and the same cup filled with oil would be fifteen cents is the height of pachyderm scatology. The hidden costs of the fossil fuel use when we start at the top is staggering.

Burning the furniture to heat the house deprives the collective progeny the non degradable building materials that could have been made out of the fossil fuel wasted on pig headed opulence.

The combustion of fossil fuel rather than conversion to building materials has caused the highest pollution ever. In the Valle de San Felix, the purest water in Chile runs from 2 rivers, fed by 2 glaciers.

Water is a most precious resource, and wars will be fought for it.

Indigenous farmers use the water, there is no unemployment, and they provide the second largest source of income for the area.

Under the glaciers has been found a huge deposit of gold, silver and other minerals. To get at these, it would be necessary to break, to destroy the glaciers -- something never conceived of in the history of the world -- and to make 2 huge holes, each as big as a whole mountain, one for extraction and one for the mine's rubbish tip.

The project is called PASCUA LAMA. The company is called Barrick Gold.

Every last gram of gold will go abroad to the multinational company, and not one will be left with the people whose land it is. They will only be left with the poisoned water and the resulting illnesses. The farmers have been fighting a long time for their land, but have been forbidden to make a TV appeal by a ban from the Ministry of the Interior. Their only hope now of putting brakes on this project is to get help from international justice. The world must know what is happening in Chile. The only place to start changing the world is from here.

Greg Bourne, the former president of BP Australia and current head
of WWF Australia (formerly known as the World Wildlife Fund), last
week argued that Australian environmentalists should learn to live
with uranium mining. "The key issues are if we're going to be a
nation exporting uranium, we have to know absolutely it's only being
used for peaceful purposes and waste products are being stored
safely," he said. This week, Bourne is in London at WWF
International's global energy taskforce, where he wants to overturn
the group's stance that "WWF does not believe that nuclear power is
the solution to global warming. In fact, WWF has a vision for the
future which phases out the use of fossil fuel and nuclear in the
share of energy use across the globe." The Australian reports that
in March, Bourne apparently "ordered the organisation's global
anti-nuclear policy be removed from WWF Australia's website."
