The two thirds undeveloped world already have some of this in place. Not that you don't count but we in the USA are only 4 % of the global population and 25% of the pollution. Do the math on the other 75 % of the population who are increasing their Carbon Based Fuel use, and while you can still breath(China), figure out how you will tell your progeny you couldn't see this in time to do something about it.
