Water Water Everywhere and not a drop to drink _ Silas Mariner. The world water s hortages are in part caused by our violation of the solar budget. The use of fossil remains has caused the climate change and the ensuing global warming is interfering with the weather cycles. The five city system with it's transportation opulence has strained the resources needed for life support in general. Surrogate agriculture has depleted the aquifers for irrigation in areas not suited for food production. http://raenergy.igc.org/consolidation.html

When we come to our senses and wake up to the Permaculture possibilities we can gain the water to irrigate home agriculture by recycling the gray water from Solar Hydrogen delivered to the end user. Solar Hydrogen is produced through renewables and polluted water. This in turn, along with consolidating the infrastructure, giving up the red meat and dairy diet, frees up land used to feed cattle and enables the land devalued for commerce for the Redistribution of TIME.

We need to see the solution as a universal standard of living for the children of the universe who have a right to be here no less that the trees and the stars.
