In our back to the future age of Aquarius technologies we have the solar hydrogen Economy providing water and power in one delivery pipe. Many places on Earth use wood for cooking and heat nuding the land affecting water retention and causing erosion. Others have no water per say. Water is hard to transport to areas of destiny deprivation.

Generating electricity with simple steam or Stirling generators enabling Hydrogen to be electrolyzed from polluted sources of water.

and most of the grey water can be recycled and used to irrigate home food ala Permaculture.
