Hydrogen IS the Energy in any Fuel_ natural gas is 95 % Hydrogen. The skewed scatology put out by the carbon crowd that Hydrogen is just a carrier is pure bunk.
The issue is that we need to get into the solar budget and do it fast. Solar Hydrogen puts us on that path with it's symbiosis with the sun and puts entropy on the back burner literally.
The solar hydrogen economy solves the problems that have plagued the planet with the stored fat in carbon scenario. Fossil remains are for building materials not combustion.
We need to redirect our priorities where all on the planet can have a decent standard of living not just change our energy strategies.
