From the neocons PNAC to the non funding of the levies in New Orleans it all points to a set up. When we see the brunt of the destruction was suffered by the blacks it turns to genocide. Here are some of the cases in point to make the case of premeditated genocide.

People were starving because of the delay of help. the foraging for food was called looting for the poor blacks and finding food for the whites. The excuse for not providing food and water was to stifle hope so the people would leave and of course those great shots of the people trying to feed themselves called looting which spread fear into the rest of the population. The whole evacuee population was considered hostile which dubs them immoral and dangerous which of course makes it easier to discount their suffering and the taking of their properties in the near future.
