Solar Budget = Albedo .39
Contrary to some popular beliefs, the Planet operates on the energy from the sun _ 127.7 Watts 300 Btu Per Square Foot which is the solar constant. This energy is fixed at the rate at which sunlight is reflected away from the planet. This reflection is called Albedo and the Albedo of Gaia is 0.39. This means that the planet is designed to operate efficiently with sixty one percent of the available sunlight and reflects 39 % (.39) back out to space. This delicate balance is regulated and affected by what is floating around in the atmosphere such as clouds, but is also affected by natural causes and released CO2 from fossil fuel combustion etc..

On the solution side, we need to agree on a series of global changes to bring about citizen control, the empowerment of the collective progeny and lowering our footprint on the planet in order to get within the solar budget for starters.
The Autonomous Community where small communities work for their mutual life support, is also the best system of self government proven out over our ten thousand year written history. The consolidation of the infrastructure where groups of families can benefit from the amenity infrastructure consolidation, the co-housing strategies already in place in many other parts of the planet, with the workplace food growing and energy in the hands of the end users is part of a synergy that is available now.

A global vote can be the MIND unification needed to put the destiny of mankind and progeny in a solid footing.
Humanity already has progressed in awareness and consciousness to the point where they realize we need to transcend from what is to what ought. When they realize that the think tanks on this is their own history of available strategies and synergies of the last ten thousand years, it is a logical next step for the advise and consent of the collective consciousness to demand that governments and nations let their children free. Why should the collective unconsciousness remain the norm when we can give our progeny full empowerment by simply switching on the global brain. Little hustle needed here.

Energy systems that compliment these aims:
In our waning window of opportunity we need systems that can be assembled from already researched parts that can be put together with sweat equity requiring little outside finance, fits the solar budget requirements, doesn't become a tecnofix enabling business as usual _ can be the change point for a smooth transition from what is to what ought.
We need to fill the needs of the vast majority of the planet's population which earns barely enough for subsistence or from paycheck to paycheck _ work for food literally. Gandhi began it this way: Recall the face of the poorest and the weakest man (and woman) whom you have seen and ask yourself if the step you contemplate is going to be of any use to him (and her) then we need to expand this and ask will it in turn help bring full empowerment to the collective future progeny?
Many will ask why we haven't realized the MEMEs that have been threaded in the loom of life. We have been working these exercises for millennia and as weavers or artists we have attempted to design a tapestry that can be woven by humanity for the sake of humanity. It ranges from consciousness to the nuts and bolts.
Those of us who are already aware need to help bring up consciousness to the commonality level. Religion, Latin for rejoining, has skipped over the teachings of the prophets and the spirituality part favoring the governmental part _ crowd control. The exercise here is to think of spirituality as the realization of the commonality of MIND beginning with neighbor trusting neighbor by thinking of fairness first. Not much else will happen until we get over the fairness 'do unto others' think of the poorest amongst us hurdle. This is the release mechanism for the MEME harvest _ the meek inheriting the Earth by transcending from what is to what ought.
