The village synergy eliminates the transportation to and from the five cities. The Solar Hydrogen Economy eliminates the five parts to the amenity infrastructure including centrally generated electricity.  The funding formerly used to create and maintain the multy layers of the conventional infrastructure is the dividend for the solar Hydrogen Economy.

We need to reconfigure the planet into livable cities where the citizen is in control of his or her destiny

In order to design city scapes villages etc. we need to understand that with today's population, the present resource distribution scenarios and the infrastructure configurations, the global population's life support system is in retrograde. With all arable land already stressed and three new people a second coming to dinner, doing nothing is not an moral option.
